VOC / NJROTC Orienteering Training Camp XII
Our annual NJROTC orienteering training camp was held at Camp McDowell (between Jasper and Double Springs, AL). It is a beautiful place to orienteer with some nice fields, and great canyons adjacent to the Bankhead National Forest and just south of the Sipsey Wilderness Area.
This was our 12th year for the camp and the 7th year at Camp McDowell. A total of 182 cadets competed on all the courses.

Thank you to all who helped out. With such a large turnout, all the help was greatly appreciated and it would not have run so smooth with everyone's help.
Thank you everyone who came out to join us. This was probably the largest crowd we have had for a local orienteering event that did not involve any JROTC championship.
